actually if you look the cop fired the first shot. He may have saw a gun pointed or not. But i dont see the passenger jump out shooting till hes fired on. Most likely the cop saw a gun thats why he did what he did.

@FutureTechSpace I've needed cops and they haven't been there...when growing up I didn't understand this. As an adult I've taken classes on the dynamics of crime...it essentially boils down to this...because of the way crime is it is physically impossible for a cop to be there when you need it. Cops don't prevent crime...the only thing they can do is try to pick up the pieces to the crimes that they accidently happen to discover.
given this info I'd like to see a lot less of them.
