  • NICE ;)))

  • i did this mod.do you know by any chance why does my right rear light go on aswell with the angel eyes fading?regards, alex

  • @alexlex85 If you haven't blown a fuse yet, that can be a problem since the current consumption of the tail lights is big. the angeleyes are not as powerful, and those wires are not calibrated for that amount of electricity consumption. If you want to be in charge of where the electricity goes, use diodes. I will do a similar mod, but i want this to work ONLY when i open the car from the remote... will figure it out and let you guys know

  • hello one question I would like to know if the ring angel eyes as the crystal was mounted inside or the inside of the glass inside?

    greetings

  • What did u rig up to do this??

How exactly did you get it to work like this?

  • Is that a remote of E46 ?

  • leaving home coming home module!

  • 5/5 nice, What's the diameter?

  • cool :), wanna buy those also in my E36 325 =), did you buy the rings only and then put them inside the original hull?

  • Can you give Step By Step Details on how it's done???

  • ive always thought that bmw's angel eyes are the scariest things when its sunset and its at the point of the day where its bright as hell behind you and dark as hell in front of you and a bm with angel eyes is following you. especially the less powerful ones. i caught a glimps in the back mirror and it scared the crap out of me!

  • what this angel eyers color? 6000k?

  • These are a very close color to the stock BMW angel eye color, as far as I can tell. This is what im looking for for my E36 M3, so I must ask, what brand are these? Come pre-installed? Thanks.

  • ..cool stuf...

  • What brand and options did you get?

  • Nothing special.

    Coming Home Module inside.

    Got one on mine, too.

Golf 2 from the years of 90.

So u see nothing special ;).

But, I like your work mate. :)

  • mate thats EXACTLY what im trying to do - but I'm worried about what happens when the doors are open and the parking light switch is on. Wouldn't there be a current overload? Have you got a wiring diagram or a link or anything that can help me??

  • 5/5 :) nice

  • what happends when ur inside the car and u lock the doors do they still stay on?

  • No, they come on with the interior footwell lights. i.e. when the car is unlocked or when a door is opened

  • oh nice, i wired mine up to my parking lights. but i really want them to come on when engine starts and they dim when i turn my car off. any ideas?

  • Yep, just find an ignition live 12v and use that as the power source. I.e. it outputs 12v only when the ignition is on. (Use an inline fuse the same rating as the sidelights though)

  • Put the iron down and step away from the wire!

  • thats original ive never seen that b4

how long do they stay on 4 once the car is unlocked

  • About 20 seconds - they come on and off with the interior footwell lights

  • has the alarm given any trouble since the wiring

  • None whatsoever, all i've done is tap into the interior footwell lights for an "activation" circuit to a relay, which then powers on the angel eyes

  • wicked clip , this guy is awsome ,

  • nice, but u need more tags like "unlocking"
