The Chicago play and movie has tons of fans and there are many great broadway actors and actress in the film and play. I dont think Michelle is close or even in contact with Beyonce. I havent heard beyonce say anything positive about Michelle in quite some time. I think they two stopped vbeing friends for a long time, but things got further when Michelle fired the Knowles as her buisness manager.
@Eriq7001 I guess that's why she's always invited along with Kelly, Solange and Angela Beyincé (Bey's cousin) to Bey's birthdays and events, and why she was publicly thanked along with Kelly (and not Solange) by Bey at the Billboard Awards just a few days ago. People donT realize that when she joined DC she didnt know the Knowles family AT ALL and her and Beyonce didnt seem to click. They didnt naturally bond and her and kelly had more chemistry. If anyone watched the DC live in Atlanta dvd its apparent the two (Beyonce and Michelle) avoided each other ALOT onstage and the chemistry just wasnt there. I think they just didnt know each other. Plus Michelle has been friends with other singers who dont like Beyonce (Keri Hilson and a few others).
As far as the part in whcih Wendy asked her about Beyonce, I think Michelle is lying. A lot of people dont know this, but intially when Michelle joined DC Beyonce and Michelle didint naturly bond. A lot of people close to the sitaution observed this, but the longer she stayed in the two eventually friends. So I wouldnt be surprised if the two are not friends and havent kept in touch. I just wish Michelle would be honest and quit pretending everything is cool with her and the Knowles.
And doing a brief search i found out she is no longer on Columbia Records. Just looked right now. So she is in teh same boat as Kelly was. She was dropped from Columbia Records.

@Eriq7001 She has a new look now she is appearing on the huge Saturday night show "Strictly Come Dancing" (the US version is called "Dancing With The Stars"). The ratings for the show are second-only to The X Factor. Michelle has long hair - similar to the look she was rocking circa 2004/5. But the hair is jet black. It looks great on her and she looks so much younger :D

While Columbia did post on her official page a while back about the role in Chicago - I suspect they will drop her BUT FIRST they wanna see how Kelly Rowland cd sells on Motown. Apparently Columbia wants New World to dissolve there management agreement with Beyonce and get another management team involved ASAP...However its BEYONCE'S desicion. There were problems with Beyonce and Mathew Knowles in the past. It looks like New World is going to loose its most lucradive client.

That info doesnt say anything and is irrelevant. Same as the pic of her and Jay Z. The Chicago play and movie has tons of fans and there are many great broadway actors and actress in the film and play. I dont think Michelle is close or even in contact with Beyonce. I havent heard beyonce say anything positive about Michelle in quite some time. I think they two stopped vbeing friends for a long time, but things got further when Michelle fired the Knowles as her buisness manager.

@Eriq7001 I guess that's why she's always invited along with Kelly, Solange and Angela Beyincé (Bey's cousin) to Bey's birthdays and events, and why she was publicly thanked along with Kelly (and not Solange) by Bey at the Billboard Awards just a few days ago. People donT realize that when she joined DC she didnt know the Knowles family AT ALL and her and Beyonce didnt seem to click. They didnt naturally bond and her and kelly had more chemistry. If anyone watched the DC live in Atlanta dvd its apparent the two (Beyonce and Michelle) avoided each other ALOT onstage and the chemistry just wasnt there. I think they just didnt know each other. Plus Michelle has been friends with other singers who dont like Beyonce (Keri Hilson and a few others).

As far as the part in whcih Wendy asked her about Beyonce, I think Michelle is lying. A lot of people dont know this, but intially when Michelle joined DC Beyonce and Michelle didint naturly bond. A lot of people close to the sitaution observed this, but the longer she stayed in the two eventually friends. So I wouldnt be surprised if the two are not friends and havent kept in touch. I just wish Michelle would be honest and quit pretending everything is cool with her and the Knowles.

@Eriq7001 She has a new look now she is appearing on the huge Saturday night show "Strictly Come Dancing" (the US version is called "Dancing With The Stars"). The ratings for the show are second-only to The X Factor. Michelle has long hair - similar to the look she was rocking circa 2004/5. But the hair is jet black. It looks great on her and she looks so much younger :D

While Columbia did post on her official page a while back about the role in Chicago - I suspect they will drop her BUT FIRST they wanna see how Kelly Rowland cd sells on Motown. Both Kelly Rowland and Michelle has similar and different fan bases. I think they are keeping her on to see how Kelly new cd sells.

Apparently Wendy and Michelle are good friends....If not Wendy would have pushed Michelle to discuss / elaborate why she not with New World Management anymore. Both singers live in different cities (Kelly in Miami / London) Beyonce in TriState area (New York City). It just seems like they drifted apart as Beyonce became more famous as a solo act. Also I have a ?...Ive seen recent pictures of Kelly hanging out with Venus Williams. They seem liek great friends...How did they meet? Since Kelly fired New World management that menat she dropped ALL her business relationships witjh the ENTIRE Knowles family. That included working with Tna (The hairstylist / designer) and Solange (Song writer). It wont work. Also Beyonce and Kelly are not as close as they was where. Both females are older and have different lives and friends inside and outside of the music industry.

@Eriq7001 I don't think they keep in constant contact - I actually believe Michelle is closest to LeToya, then Kelly and then Beyonce - BUT I do believe they are distant friends (they could meet up for a lunch to congratulate one another OR if one has a big show, they'll be there). Remember, Michelle was at Beyonce's perfume launch and Michelle was at Jay-Z's b'day thing last year. I don't think they're close at the moment but I don't think they dislike one another

Kelly nor Beyonce was in attendance - so it is more likely that LeToya and Michelle are the closest. So it's not out of the blue. Also there is a video on youtube in which Michelle joins LeToya on stage. There are friends. Go and look for the pictures before you accuse me of pulling stuff up "out of the blue"

Jealouslt played a role in ALL girl groups of the past and Destinys Child is no exception. I belive Michelle was jealous of Beyonce for a long time, but not when she joined DC in the beggining. I think it grew on as Beyonce;s career exploded and hers went downhill. One thing that made me think this- Whenever in interviews when asked is she jealoud of Beyonce. is it me or is it when info comes out of michelle's mouth, it is always something everyone believes but when something comes out of bey's mouth it seems that there is nothing true abt it. :)

She has a right to her privacy... and her father instructed her to lie about the group situtation...but anyway who cares she is a singer so if ppl would stop trying to get into her personal life or find out about drama then she wouldnt have to lie....I wld lie to these nosy interviewers too...and what abt Michelle's first Wedy interview where she said she wasnt breaking from Matthew....I like Michelle and Bee but im tired of people acting like they cant like one without dogging the other

@ninetiesbaby10 Her something that I found out TODAY..APPARENTLY Beyonce is having major problems with Mathew Knowles / New World Music. Apparently Columbia wants New World to dissolve there management agreement with Beyonce and get another management team involved ASAP...However its BEYONCE'S desicion. There were problems with Beyonce and Mathew Knowles in the past. It looks like New World is going to loose its most lucradive client.

@Eriq7001 Yeah I have heard that myself. Honestly for Bee's sake I hope it is true bc she can sell herself(she doesnt need music world) and her father is the problem in all of her relationships. Solange has spoken out against him, Kelly and Michelle are no longer with him. Tina divorced him and we know what Toya, Tavia and Farrh have to say abt him. Its sad but when you step on ppl like that you do get burned in the end.

@ninetiesbaby10 I hope its true....Beyonce should seek out a new management team who has a roster of DIFFERENT muiscal clients. All of New World's management are less stellar acts in gospel and r/b but none that have long music careers. Beyonce is there main top client. Apparetly there are problems (both personal and professional) between her and Mathew Knolwes. Issues that havent been resolved.

Honestly IMO it doesnt matter where she goes bc she is the most marketable r&b female artist in the industry...everything she tocuhes turns to gold so as long as she continues to make good music and put on good shows she will continue to sell. But anyway im sure that her fathers controlling ways finally got on her last nerve. Its hard to control a grown(damn near 30) woman who is married and is in charge of her career.

@ninetiesbaby10 I think the divorce between Mathew and Tina Knowles plus the affair has put a strain on the ENTIRE Knowles family as a whole. It doenst seem like anything is going to be resolved anytime soon. In my opinion she should dissolve her relationship with New World and allow her herself to be managemed by someone thats NOT assocaites with the Knowles, in any shape or form.
