i agree with the others who say GH drums help with real drumming. the one that helped me the most was the Rock band 3 pro drums because you're playing with an official drum set with the 3 toms, snare, hi-hat and pedal. the only thing that isn't there is it telling you whether it's closed or open.

People who say Guitar Hero drums don't help you at all with real drums, take it from my experience, they definitely do!!! Before I started playing drums on GH, I could barely play a simple 4/4 beat on a real drum kit, now after playing it for a while, I can play Bat Country on a real kit! Trust me, it really does help!

@jshane812 um. actually GUITAR HERO drums are 90% transcribed JUST like you'd play REAL drums... in fact the ONLY thing missing are high-hat Lifts with a pedal.. but they're replaced with ACCENTS so you still learn where they'd be. have you ever PLAYED Guitar hero drums? it's just like playing real drums or at least SERIOUSLY close.. I'm sure minime220220 will agree
