I completely agree on the jackets for the bigger face brushes, I keep my ones because they make them last longer, protects them and keeps them in shape! I'm so glad you recommended that!

Embossing makes the area around it raised btw LOL... BUT I did think the same at first too... It shows you know the definition of the words you are using which impresses me greatly :)

heyyy i forgot...i wanted to mention something & see your thoughts on it....you are sooo intelligent when it comes to makeup and ECSPECIALLY brushes!! i found some eye brushes that i thought were actually REALLY GOOD! they are "FACE SECRET" brushes i bought them from Sally's Beauty Supply. they were 2.99, 3.99, or 4.99 & there was a 2$ off coupon so i couldnt pass it up. if you have used them could you give us your thoughts..or maybe try them & let us know?

This is a silly lil debate and really is not a big deal BUT I do engraving and you can only engrave on Metals, Wood, Glass, Plastic etc.. Has to be a hard material. If you try to engrave leather (or leather like) it will tear it up. Sooooo I believe it was stamped :) Just a small lil tidbit that really is neither here nor there. It is embossed, I think what you're refering to as far as color fading off is Foil Stamping :) Thanks for the vid! Ordering brushes myself :)!!

ehhh not really. the italian badger brushes are alright, but the others smell funky... shed on your face.. and are scratchy. I mean you get what you pay for you know. You can't expect to get a MAC quality kind of brush when you only pay like $ 7 dollars.. the Sigma Brushes are wayyyyy better. If you are gonna get any brushes get sigma instead of coastal scents. And The coastal scent shippin is expensive, thats where they really get you.
