Hey Zeuzz if you believe the crap you typed then see you local physician immediately!  Carter did more damage to this country then any other president. I was in the military when Carter was in office and when Reagan took over and it was night and day. With Carter we had equipment that was broke without parts and living conditions were terrible with Reagan we were in the field the majority of the time and training was much better and we actually prepared. CARTER RUINED OUR MILITARY AND COUNTRY

Thats my take on it as well from my own research. It appears the ufo info is on a need to know basis and the Pres. does not automatically qualify. It seems that Presidents that speak of such things dont know the whole story I.E. Carter,Clinton even Reagan. and the ones that never have anything to say on the matter do know I.E. Bush Sr, Chaney, Bush jr ect. Although I wonder what I would do as Pres. If I had that info. and was told of all the hell that might break loose if it was revieled hmmmmm
