PTNA is actually a piano competition incorporated by the government of Japan. This is the winner of the finals from the Special level (highest level of all levels). Every year, about 40,000 high level amateurs participate in this competition. (Why I say high level is that the registration fee is anywhere from ¥8500 for A1 level~¥19500 for Special level so lower level amateurs usually take other competitions.)
