But aside from that KG is a beast and most def a better shot blocker than Lebron AND Wade mainly because he can get higher than both of them. He has more speed esp for his height and the fact that he has so much speed for his height he can use the momentum to catapult himself to fricken GRAB THE BALL mid dunk from the opposing team. He has perfect timing on all of his blocks thats why he can catch the ball verses a simple swat like most blockers.

I may get hate for this but I think Duncan is only a better shot blocker than KG because people aren't as scared of him (he's slow compared to the athletic KG who has great hops, timing and hands)

A more valid reason may be that he did more help defence taking him away from the paint and giving him fewer blcok opportunities.

I know what you are trying to say but Duncan is the LAST person i would think about when it comes to shot blockers. This is simply because you see more Garnett blocks per game than you see Duncan blocks. I wouldn't even think its too farfretched to say that Gasol is a better shot blocker than Duncan.

well, duncan doesnt get on highlight reels because his blocks dont look spectacular, i mean, hes timmy d, hes always flying under the radar, just working and being a nice guy. duncan is quite possibly the best PF of all time, i remember that one championship clinching game when he almost had a quadruple double, he had 8 blocks. you watch a spurs game and you think he had a bad game and than you look at his stats and he has 22 and 14 or sumtn like that.hes amazing

He combines both worlds (low post and midrange jumper). He plays a lot like a Center, but he's been listed as a PF all of his career so you think the NBA is gonna induce him to the HOF as a C or a PF?

Its a shame Garnett could have been one of the top 10 players of all time if he didn't get stuck with a shitty expansion franchise. Here's an example. Nobody is going to remember Kobe from those few years after Shaq left where his teams barely made it anywhere in the playoffs. And thats when Kobe dropped 81, so he was just as good even though his teams sucked. Add like 7 seasons of that and you get Garnett. He had one AVERAGE team in 03-04 and they made it to the western conference finals..
