  • Ya das gut ya.

  • Great idea! The electric wood splitter for force is an economical choice. Good job MrBriketti

  • virtual reality

  • This machine is a scam! As seen this machine will not work so please do not invest your money in it unless you want to turn saw dust into sawdust

  • attention! I sent the money and never received the machine

    is a crook

  • off çok manyak bi makina fiyatı hakkında bilgisi olan var mı

(ow this machine is very good i really liked it how much is it do you now,)?

  • A little Demo and Info how it works would be nice. In English maybe to!!

  • so where does the high pressure come from? It's just pressing the saw dust through a pipe as far as I can tell?

  • @hobbyguy At a guess, I would think that there is a small former that the sawdust is forced through, the machine is a log splitter, converted, a small electric motor powers a hydraulic pump and then the ram.

The one thing I dont understand about any of these machines is... why ? Ok so you use wood dust, chips etc to make a fuel, but at what cost, all these machines I have seen use electric motors to run them, if you are going to use electricity to make a fuel. Composted chips make peat.

  • @BeepBeepBoing so true. It would make more sence to use alternative ways to make pellets

  • @BeepBeepBoing

There is far more energy in the biomass than in the electricity required to make the pellets from the biomass material. My kids make hand pressed leaf bricks inside discarded food boxes (like mac and cheese boxes -with a tablespoon or two of cooking oil in the middle of the leaves as you pack it in they burn fine without poking the fire (burn time for 20 minutes each ) . The pellets are however easier to store (more energy in the same space/ volume)

  • @hobbyguy i dont understand me either...

  • @hobbyguy my guess would be a conical pipe

  • @hobbyguy It looks like an electric log splitter. They must have attach a rod to the hydralic push arm that goes thru the bottom of the bucket. In the bottom of the bucket the top half of the pipe is open to allow the paper mulch to fall in. When the ram is activated, it grabs the mixture and extrudes it out the far end. Similar to dog feed, but those extruders are under higher pressure causing the feed to be cooked and ready to eat by the time it comes out of the pipe. Very interesting!

  • Hallo ich habe ein frage wo kann ich kaufen so ein sägemehl brikettpresse? Mfg

  • That looks super great.

    Greetings from Belgium

    Erik
