I see the analogy in this video. First when you go to court on a "Summons" or "Notice to Appear" you are answering to an incomplete instrument with no factual basis or damages. Second to that, drug charges(which, like traffic, have no victim thus no verified complaint). Very few of the cases that are brought forth in my area actually involve an injury or corpus delecti. Most of the time, the defendant is the only victim.

Second, white magicians also summon demons. Just read the Lesser Key of Solomon or any other Medeival grimoire.
Third, where did you get that black magicians wear black robes and white magicians wear white? not true,. Black symbolizes hidden knowledge.
