The U.S might have won this round, and by this I mean deposing the Shah of Iran through its cronies the CIA but one thing the Shah of Iran did was not to fully rely on oil revenues and move Iran towards industrializing unlike the Arabs which fully rely on oil revenues! Yes, he did torture. Every gov't tortures. Even Swedish & Norwegian governments torture. But, it would be ridiculous to compare how Shah treated prisoners to how this barbaric child-molesting mullah regime treats its own people. What does the celebration mean?
