  • I am an Ayurveda practitioner so with all due respect to Dr Simon and Ayurveda tradition how can we make these statements when we are healthy and then we get sick with a life threatening illness at a relatively young age. Has their own practise not created the outcome one is proposing is available to others? My point is how careful we have to be about what we offer people, what we say, and maybe one should talk only from ones own experiences.

  • question: does this ever get old?

    answer: never. timeless advice...

  • you and your family are in my prayers David. Namaste

  • I have had the honor of getting to know this amazing man, Dr. David Simon, Co-Founder of the Chopra Center of Wellbeing. His grace, wisdom, clarity of vision, humor, knowledge, enlightenment, passion, caring and love has expanded a vision for humanity that is unheard of on this globe. We are praying for his recovery from surgery, please join us:)

  • Just like mother's touch stops the crying of a child and similarly sound, touch, smell, counseling have great impact on our physiology and diseases. The Ayurvedic principles of healing are in congruence with natural laws. This is explained in a very good way by Dr.David Simon - Regards- Dr. Vikram Chauhan - From Planet Ayurveda. com - India

  • another thought...many times we are looking at the complex to solve our problems but the answer is really in the simple...

  • Our bodies are incredible. We always think the answer lies in what we eat but it's so much more. Touching, hearing, smelling, seeing and tasting the world around us is the balanced way.
