well i live in texas but i never know the difference between a falcon and a hawk but it Had a red tail?

Falcons are smaller than Hawks, a Red-tailed Hawk is a species of Hawks, not just a Hawk with a red tail. Look up Red-tailed Hawks and they just look like the same bird in the video.
