Yea... Texting isn't allowed in my school. But if you get caught they aren't allowed to take it away. Because last year a teacher left one out on her desk after taking it away from someone and some other kid stole it. So they either are nice about it and tell you to put it away or you get written up... So far I have only been told to put it away.
