eek i dont use apple. the large 90% of people if given a choice would not use windows. Consumers do not have a choice to run anything other than windows its the only operating system capable of running the applications they want to use. Its the app's they want not windows. You fool. The people who design programs for Windows do so by choice. All of those thousands of free applications online were made by the free choice of the authors themselves. Why? Because Windows provides ample support for programmers, such as Visual Studio, and supports thousands of drivers and hardware that Apple does not. It is the better Operating System.

Developers do have that choice granted but i was talking about the users. If the user wants the application but does not want to use windows he ends up stuck not being able to use the application. Hence he is forced to have to use windows or not use the application. Users should have the choice to cross platform software from a non-developers point of view that is. As you say its the developers choice so I guess it comes down to the root of all evil again 'Money'
