Not Teys Beenleigh. I work there. The leggers at Teys wear blue aprons, have a different changover system than that, and theres no way you could touch a knife without PPE in that place before getting torn a new asshole.. Also they didnt remove the tendon which we do, and what those 2 blokes did is cut between 4 blokes. We kill 1375 a day
@Almostgod6 You do a whole heap more than us a day, we only do about 250. Do you have any trouble losing tails with not having the tail pocket opened up?
Work at UBP Te Kuiti, (1st & 2nd Leg most days ) Not bad aye, but could show you a different way that would be much Quicker. Will see if I can upload it.....
@awesom9876 Yea had a look pretty good as well aye......if i can get my boss to let me Video, It will blow you away.....we only have 1 Chain with 2 Halal's 1 shackler 2 leggers 1 hidepuller 1 gutter & 1 sawman, got 3 meat inspectors, 1 on the spinals 2 neckboners 1 weighgrader...........& we do about 300 -360 max each shift.
