  • Thanks a ot for posting I am going to purchase those bars and my question was about the wiring thank again!

  • nice work mate, thanks for letting us know we don't need the burly kit for these bars. Hope its the same for my custom

  • awesome!

  • sorry i havent been on to responds guys so I'll answer some questions, Im about 5'11'' tall, yes i had to cut the wires to route them through the bars and I spliced them back together under the tank(make sure to stagger your cuts so there isnt a big bulk of splices in one place and heat shrink them also) and no the brake line was not yet installed in this video, but i will show it in the next video when i chop the rear struts and fender

  • How you instal the bars... Did you cut the wires?

  • How tall are you? Lookin at getting those same Z bars on my Iron.

  • For size/fitment estimate with the bars, how tall are you? Thanks!

  • i think I'm getting those bars for my bike do you have risers? also how long of a brake line do you need. And i like the look of no wires how did you do that?

  • @motorx1266 I used the stock risers, not exactly sure how long of a brake line is needed because i used the one that came with the Burley Brand kit, if i were you, i would simply just measure the length from brake fluid resivour to the brake itself and then find out what sizes you can order. If its a little long its ok. With wiring I had to first mock up the controls to see where the wires needed to enter the bars, then drill them at top and bottom and use a string and weight to pull them through

  • Sweet bike man, I love those handlebars!

  • Where is your brake line in this video? Did you add it later? If so, I'd love to know how that looked/worked...video6? Thanks, man. Sharp Sportster.

  • I'm about to install the same bars on my '09 Nightster. Can you tell me what brake line you used? It would really help. Thanks! That's the only thing I need, really? Any other tips? (Harley wanted a GRAND to do the job.)

  • nice bike bro i like how the handle bars dont make you as slouched over....be safe out there

  • Nice man I always dream to get a nightster...but I wake up in the morning and is not there!!!!

  • How much long of a brake line did you need? +2?? and that headlight is sick, what kind is it and how did you mount it. Sorry for all the dumb questions

  • What didn't you like about the clip-ons?

  • How comfy is it really? It looks like your back is still quite bent when riding....It looks great though! Thanks for the info about the Burly line kit and what's not needed!

  • love it! every thing looks great, were did ya get the head light from?

  • bad ass!!!

  • tell me about how you rerouted the wirind under the tank and back around to the oxygen sensors

  • keep um coming

  • Those bars look AWESOME!! I really like how it turned out. great job. I noticed you had highway/forward pegs. Where did you get them?
