this is syndi sister and Capellan was my 2nd priniciple..my first prinicipal was the best, and she was an african american who REALLY CARED ABOUT THE SCHOOL....and students.. she retired..and capellan if you really cared about us you wouldn't have abandoned the school after your acute year while running the school..Not to mention you was a puppet of Ms. Rodriguez...can you ever think for your self...ohh wait you did you left for a better pay without thinking about what other lame principal came
