The reason I really dislike rollerblading is the fact that all the stuff looks exactly the same. All you can do is switch up your feet and rotate. The differences are subtle. There is only so much you can do. I think it is hard to argue that making a piece of wood with grip tape on it flip around while landing onto it while grinding is much harder then simply LIFTING up your feet and jumping.

I do in fact skateboard. I have tried to like watching rollerblading but I just can't. There is not enough variety in it. Ill give you the fact that people on blades go wayyy bigger though. Overall, I can't see myself liking it. That is about all I have to say. To each their own. We can both argue about which one is better and get no where. So props for having balls and throwing yourself off or roofs, but I will stick to my skateboarding. Thank You very much.

skating looks the same to you because its so technical, the little things make it difficult and they add to style, skateboarding has way less technicality and style, if you can do the trick you can do it, style is never as important. there are so many more tricks in blading anyway... so how it could look the same i dont know. and btw i do both, and am pretty good, so i do know about boarding.

if you count switch tricks in blading (both feet) and negatives for both feet that 4 different things which is the same as skateboarding (nollie, switch, fakie and regular) and there are a lot more grinds so i think blading has more tricks, but its w/e they both have a lot and skateboarding has way more flat ground so its close.

Think of all the negatives out there. ive seen guys doing tru spin negative fishbrains, true spin negative acids. Not to mention ben souls, tabernaclkes (sp) and i crap load of switch ups. Im not sure in rollerblading you can run out of tricks. Then you got spins to grinds, inspin, hurricanes, 360's 540's (if your that good)and times that times 2, because i can be switch.
