girl in the red shouldn't go straight in...

cut the ring... move your head....

she got good straight punches though...

girl in the blue needs to keep a good form and move her head.. her foot work is alright.. but just keep moving.. don't stay in one spot...

(moving backwards and hitting at the same time is harder and it takes alot more energy..)
