Honestly, I don't see why Sonic 4 Ep. 2 not being on Wii is such a big deal. The PS3 and 360 obviously has better tech than the Wii so why would fans want to RECEIVE a watered-down version of a anticipated game? It's because Sonic is and always has been, one of the most LEGENDARY gaming characters out there. Mario may make a bit more money, but most of Marios latest games aren't really Marios latest games, they also have the Sonic team as main characters. Plus, Wiis are for 7 year olds. Get a PS3 or an XBOX 360. Oh, and one more thing. Super Sonic would completely DESTROY any type of powerful Mario, Fire Flower, Raccoon or whatever the F*** that is, they would pray to Sonic from then on, not God.

Let me tell you guys something that I've been wanting to tell you since March 2011 this is the HD era the Wii is dying, it's falling behind it's losing it's qualities as a casual gamer system and then there's the Wii U, stop your b***ing and buy a PS3 if you want it so badly, nothings stopping you beyond the money that you own.
I've been following Sonic since my day 1 of gaming way back starting with Sonic 2. I'm actually kind of laughing that the Wii-users will not be getting Episode 2 on their toy. Then again, I bought my Xbox because of Sonic Generations, as well as other games I wanted to buy and play. Still, that's what people get for buying a toy and not console. I still only own three Wii games, Brawl being one of them.
Well think about it the Wii is dying to make room for the Wii U. I think SEGA is letting that play trough, so it can come back for the Wii U. Is this really an issue? :p
TBH, I always preferred Sonic's earlier games (Sonic 1, 2, 3&Knuckles, etc) to the earlier Mario games. It's of course, out of personal preference as opposed to being a "rebel" (I always preferred Sonic's high-speed momentum-based gameplay). These days.....until Sonic Unleashed, Mario was the one getting my attention from then on. But now, I am kinda getting sick of Mario's games. Mainly due to the main series being rather stagnant these days (ever since Super Mario Galaxy 2 IMO).

No that's not true its just opinion. Black and White did NOT suck. In fact, here's the truth: Black and White are indeed better than previous generations especially Generations 1 and 2. Pokemon has never died. I actually think Black and White elevated the series into something new. I mean if Pokemon stuck to Generation 1 and 2, the whole series would suck and you know it. Both those generations had a small amount of Pokemon and not enough challenges.

@ultranx2010 The originality of the stages and boss battles is quite frankly awful (simple clones), the physics down-right suck, plus the bad level design, with badly placed enemies and multiple speed boosters. Honestly, I don't mind Sonic 4 episode 2 not coming to Wii, because Sonic 4 episode 1 was very underwhelming to me, it wasn't a terrible game, but it wasn't too great and I'm not disappointed the game isn't on Wii. I'm more pissed that Sonic Generations wasn't on Wii, and felt it was a huge middle finger to Nintendo fans since they said it was only not on Wii because it wasn't an HD console. That's like not inviting a friend to a birthday party just because they don't look good enough.
@wootmasterzorsx I know it's on 3DS and I own and played it, but the game just wan't the greatest Sonic game in recent times, I liked Unleashed. Sonic Adventure 1 and 2, and Colors, I'm really not picky with games and if I like it, I like it. And I liked the games and I didn't really have any problems with any of these games, except Sonic Adventure 1 and 2 were kinda clunky in controls in some places, that's just a small nitpick. I liked the games and had no problems with Sega until Generations.

@targetlauncher In response to your character argument, i'd like to start off by saying that characters don't have to be important in a Video game. Use Pac-man as an example, or even, Sonic 1. The Simpsons have creative characters, but Sega have recently struggled. If you're gonna count a pointless character like Silver, just stop right there. These characters are meaningless. No that's not true its just opinion. Black and White did NOT suck. In fact, here's the truth: Black and White are indeed better than previous generations especially Generations 1 and 2. Pokemon has never died. I actually think Black and White elevated the series into something new. I mean if Pokemon stuck to Generation 1 and 2, the whole series would suck and you know it. Both those generations had a small amount of Pokemon and not enough challenges.

@ultranx2010 The originality of the stages and boss battles is quite frankly awful (simple clones), the physics down-right suck, plus the bad level design, with badly placed enemies and multiple speed boosters. The graphics and music are good, not great, but good, (Music not memorable nor too fitting and the graphics could have been greater.) I'd like to continue my reply in another comment.

@MooneySquared uh, wrong. sonic 4 is supposed to link to sonic adventure as being the first time sonic is in the sonic adventure sprites. they introduced the eggman sprites in some genesis game and use those to this day. sonic 4 is supposed to link up the sprite changes to sonic adventure. why else do you think they used the modern sprites?

Honestly, I don't mind Sonic 4 episode 2 not coming to Wii, because Sonic 4 episode 1 was very underwhelming to me, it wasn't a terrible game, but it wasn't too great and I'm not disappointed the game isn't on Wii. I'm more pissed that Sonic Generations wasn't on Wii, and felt it was a huge middle finger to Nintendo fans since they said it was only not on Wii because it wasn't an HD console. That's like not inviting a friend to a birthday party just because they don't look good enough.

Sonic Adventure 1 and 2, and Colors, I'm really not picky with games and if I like it, I like it. And I liked the games and I didn't really have any problems with any of these games, except Sonic Adventure 1 and 2 were kinda clunky in controls in some places, that's just a small nitpick. I liked the games and had no problems with Sega until Generations.
