@willmurphy1951 it or not, Jesus is the messiah. You may accuse me of being narrowminded. But in your former comment you chastised another person for not making an absolute stand on Jesus? So that is a contradictive argument? Are we dammed if we do and dammed if we dont? So I am just going off of what the Bible of the God we believe in says - "Wide is the gates that leads to destruction, and many choose to go by it, but Narrow is the gate the leads to life and rightousness..." @willmurphy1951 And Jesus met all of those traits. Also, the Bible is the most accurate history book of all time. Cities, leaders, Kings, approximate dates, major events, of the past have been confirmed to have exsited as it says. And the dead sea scrolls are the oldest religious documents. There is alot of evidence if one can study with an open mind and heart. But we will never know all the answers, being imperfect, and the fact that we are not God. So whether you choose to believe it

@willmurphy1951 did that mean that the atom did not exsist before the microscope came? Of course not. The wind canonly be felt and known by watching the air move the trees. The naked eye can't "see" it's mass, or grasp it in our hand, but we know it exsist. This same concept apllies to God. And if you do some research, there are lots of scientific proof also that confirm "Intelligent Design" out there as well as hundreds of Prohesies in the old testament that were foretold about the Messiah

@willmurphy1951 force them to obey us and love us right? Of course not. As parents we would never do that because we love our children so much. We would be patient with them, and teach right from wrong, correcting them. ANd we would'nt force their love because true love always operates out of freewill. Thus God is the same wy.. He gives us freewill to obey or not, to believe or not, to love him or not, to do wrong or not. So how can we say it is His fault for bad things happening?

@willmurphy1951 I am sorry for your loss. I have had alot of loss too. In 2005-2006 my life was full of sorrow. In that period I had fractured hips from a person who ran a red light and could not walk without help for 8 months. Then my dad died when I was two months pregnant and then I lost that baby at 5 months along and delivered her tiny fully developed stillborn body. The cord got in a tight knot in the womb. Then in SEpt. 2006 when I was pregnant again, my mom died.

@willmurphy1951 I am sorry for your intense pain. I lost my best friend and sistre to cancer in 2007 and I am not the same. What it did do for me was show me how precious life is and to love people without pride. Whenever I can which is daily, is I try to make people smile. I try to do things to make them smile, or to help them.
