No I don't. It's not my material, the credit goes to Stanley Clarke. These video's is to let people know that there are great smooth jazz artist out there. But thanks for asking.
This displays the musical genius of Stanley Clarke. The melodic simplicity of this tune makes me want to hear it over and over. My wife and I will use this as our music when we cross the equator in 2013, sailing the South Pacific.
This is one of the greatest bass players of all times. I was 11 years old when I heard this song and knew I wanted to see the ocean. It takes a truely gifted muscian, that can take you on a trip through the music they play. I love you Stanley Clarke....BTW I am now 40 years old :)
Thx for the comment. I know what you mean, when I first heard this jam it was in 1988 and looking at his album cover I thought about relaxing on an island, just me and my girlfriend. It's amazing how the mind can generate images based off music and it puts you in another dimension. Peace
Thx for the comment. I think so too. When I first heard this jam in '86-'87 I didn't know who it was until '88, but I got it now and that's all that counts. Peace
I've had this CD since '89. The "Stan Man" is on my top list when it comes to a clever musician.
