you wouldnt need shoe goo unless you already have holes in your shoes though. vans ARE the thinnest shoes available, the suede they use absolutely sucks, and the soles are as thin as shit, which makes it easier for mob grip to destroy them. its funny how people thumbs down my comment when im right about this...ive been skating for around 9 or 10 years, ive tried out nearly all the brands, and i even work at a skateshop, so i get feedback on everything from the general public... mob and vans suck

no, booker's grip was mob, i can easily tell. mob might be the most coarse grip besides black magic, but its a bitch to keep on the deck, especially around the pockets of a deck right before where the nose and tail start to shape, mob doesnt like to fold down into place at all. but the more it grips, the more it rips, thats why jessup is hella better, still grips hella, but it scufs shoes instead of instantly making holes, especially for idiots that skate in vans.
