This is hands down the best synth for the iPad. I use them all. Why is this the best?

The Sound. The Slider controls, no hard to use knobs. Easy to tweak without getting frustrated. I put the Scope on it and The Oscillator is TRUE!

All this needs is Line 6 Midi with 16 Channels of Funk!!!!!!!

nice to see a propper looking synth not a fkin keyboard with different voices called a synth, still i make music and was hoping there would be soft synths and sequencers and midi ports but the ipad is poo

This is stinking awesome. I SOOO wish the iPad supported a Core Midi type thing where I could use a Midi input cable to have a full keyboard and use it's audio out to play.. will this work on the upcoming Akai Professional little keyboard they're coming out with for the iPod Touch/iPhone? I'm seriously about to sell my aging G4 Powerbook and pick up an iPad instead of saving up for a new Macbook.

@BigNastyCurve You can use the built-in recorder to record to file and then download to computer via iTunes 9.1, or alternatively plug in from the iPad output jack into an amp, PA or direct to soundboard
