and im barely starting the program and i dnt undertsand the whole grain waffle thing... can you help me with that????? also what did you dou about the meal plans because it only show them for three weeks so like did you repeat them or something??? thanks man i would apreciate an answer and keep it up!
@sagoorbest I was able to achieve that during uni by gym followed by a swim 3 days a week along with a sauna. I generally ate pasta for much of the time and drank alot on the weekends - some in midweek too, that's student life for you!

@sagoorbest It ususally comes out with less body fat, you need to run and work on those muscles alot and they will begin to show
