how do you make an animated series?

Well what I do is draw each picture frame by frame on paint, edit it and add a background, and then just put it into a video editing program in the right order! ^_^

How do you add the backround and what progams do you use. I need to know.

If you have photoshop you could use that, but its really complicated. What I use is Microsoft Digital Image Standard 2006 Editor. It came on my computer, so you may have it too. Basically you just need to use a tool called the magic wand and take out the white background from the picture you drew, and then put the background you want behind it!
