well done, We are Khmer at the side of the world will khmer no matter what happen, support our culture and abrace other, I will alway support your works
You guys did great with all the twist and turn in the storyline... My mom who use to love Thai movie, watched this and really likes it... She's like "Wow" and gets mad because its only half an hour long for each episode... All the twist and turn keeps us intrigue... Great job..!!!
Ratana... mission accomplished, she managed to destroy Monkol's family... but she's not as happy. Why do Chivorn have the diamonds..??? More twist.. Can't wait for the next episode...
@ChampeiSiemReap: Ratana has discovered that the road to revenge might be sweet, but the destination is a sad and lonely place. By ruining other people's lives, she's also ruined her own. (Vatana took a similar journey in "AirWaves.") I wonder if it's possible for undo any of the damage. I'm also dying to know where Chivorn found those diamonds!
I wondered about Dy's sweatshirt, but I decided that he must have stolen it from the back of a truck.
Anyways keep up with the good work, there is always room for improvement and changes! Got go, work at 8! :) Continue this conversation later. Again props to the creative team and actors!
i love this movie matthew, it shows respect, diginity and family value. i really appreciated this movie that you are directing. i can't want part 26 to the end . good acting and we Khmer in the United States will support your studio.
I like Sros so much. I wish I had a friend like him! @21:19: Can I say I saw that coming? I've known since the start that Pisey represented a whole new level of "chkout."
Well, I did breathe a little during the first 20 minutes of this episode, then not at all for the last two minutes and change. Strong work! I can't wait for #26.
Sros has a heart of gold which, unfortunately, melts when the heat is on.
But I agree; the actor (who is not in the least like Sros in real life) has made the character 'walk off the screen'. Not the main character certainly, but Beauty would be far less rich without him/her!
Awesome movie, I am really enjoying this Khmer series. Much props to the director, producers and actors. So glad to see so much improvement and the use of real voice, you have my full support! Keep up the great work! Chivon and Vimean are my favorite characters in addition to bong Sros!
@KMFCambodia Great! Please do, I've always loved watching Khmer movies back in the early 90's growing up in the states. Also, I've enjoyed the classic movies like on ah sreyon, etc. Thai and Chinese was also a favorite growing up, but I find that they drag out too long and always based on love, revenge etc. Gets boring after awhile, LOL! KMF Cambodia is doing a fabulous job, love the story lines and morals in the movies, we have to support each other to succeed!
@KMFCambodia I totally agree with you on that, but it gets old and boring after awhile, especially when you can predict what will happen next. Current Khmer drama does include both love and revenge but much more subtle and less focused compared to Thai, Chinese etc. respectively Don.'t get me wrong, I enjoy watching them, but nowadays good series are hard to come by. Its always interesting to watch remakes of Thai lakorn. Love the action in Chinese series fighting scenes are cool!
At this point - both points - I must part company with you.
I dislike remakes (desperation, lack of originality).
And I can't abide 'action' movies - particularly the Chinese sort where, as soon as the real (emotional) drama flags, a couple of actors dressed in completely unsuitable costumes do a couple of backward flips and land fifty meters away with ne-er a hair out of place. Ridiculous, no? (More fool me cos they're more popular than our dramas.)
@KMFCambodia Matthew,I respect your opinion and somewhat agree with you. I am not here to argue, however I too am entitled to my opinion and preferences as well. Yes, remakes do show desperation and a lack of originality and hence I stated that they are interesting. In regards to Chinese drama they are original in their own way, audiences like the action, the sword fight, revenge etc.I can't speak for anyone else but it can be entertaining, not ridiculous! Very true, wonder why?
@Chanthaouk I know a lot of people like to watch Thai drama and Chinese drama. Thai actors are mostly overacting. Do you think that happen in real life? It's no, and fiction stories. I love Chinese fighting movie since I was young, but you will getting tire by same dubbed voice and remake stories. I don't know how many version of favorite Chinese movie(10version or no more?) I'm tire of it.
lol really that dude wore University of Pink? lmao

Thanks for the great comments. We really appreciate them. By the way, I'm not the director - just the producer (well, 'executive producer' actually).

Interesting comments. But ...
... love and revenge are always good for a bit of movie (or TV) drama.
In fact, KMF's stuff is full of both of them.
So what's new?
