i can't get video out of my dazzle, the audio is perfect but the video is black and white vertical lines. please help, the slots i used are on the back of my tv (red and white and black) but when i put it in the slots on the side of my tv (red white and yellow) nothing comes out not even the black and white lines.

Try plugging the Dazzle in a different USB port. I have 2 on the front of my comp but it'll only show up if I use the top USB port.

Well with me I've done the 10.8 patch and theOneon there for the Dazzle 170 and it still gets the Blue Screen So It might also depend on the Computer you have gateway I have An HP so IDK

This same thing happens to me.. But I don't get that message, and it just restarts my computer, and I am using vista too.

I think vista is not compatible but the new versions allow it to be compatible..

re-install the software and make sure that you have the vista drives., my computer crashes like that sometimes too because of the card, same blue screen, idk what to do though.
