wow i was at this gig and its hard to believe it was over a year ago, the power-cuts were a bitch but hey look at it this way its somethin to tell the grandkids about ' i seen clapton at malahide in the pissin rain n he rocked so hard he blew the power TWICE!!!!' lol wish i was back there Robert Randolph n the family band were awesome too!

no offence mate, just 1 bit of criticism, on your tags it has blackie, but eric isn't playing blackie, he sold it in 2004 for nearly a million dollars, he's playing an Eric Clapton signature model Fender Stratocaster, just saying....

i was standing on the other side completely. it was my first concert and to be honest i dnt think u could beat it shame about the power twice ryt in the middle of the layla solo. i didnt mind gettin wet if it ment see a show like that

You must have been stood within a few feet of me, I had exactly the same view of the stage and I recognise lots of the people in the foreground. Great gig - pity about the rain!

Yeah, It was class! Even considering the rain.....and not one, but TWO power failures! It was an amazing gig. He is truely a legend.
