Played the demo yesterday with just the normal wiimote and the nunchuck and it was soo freakin awesome^^ It´s such an epic "In your face" game with RPG Elements and awesome music! Totally worth it : D

the hammer looks like the ebony warhammer from TES Oblivion, ironicly that was the only weapon I used in the arena in that game

I don't see why the control scheme needs Wii Motion Plus. Star Wars: The Force Unleashed did the same controls very well without the wii motion plus. (but I'll admit the level design could have been more similar to the other versions and the models needed some more polish)

This could've been a REALLY good "Hardcore gamer" game, if the wii wanted to, just add some blood and violence, and the ability to walk around, and I think they could've successfully scored a 9.0 on the ratings, proving that its not that Nintendo CAN'T, create Hardcore games, just so much as they don't want to

The game is obviously influenced by Punch-Out - hence not having free movement. In a weird way, that's what makes this game stand out, as there's never really been a good Punch-Out "clone" before, and this one really kicks ass. I don't think the presence of blood would have bumped up the review ratings in the slightest. Sorry.

I'm very very impressed with the attitude these guys have and I actually think this game is going to live up to the hype based on what I have seen so far (unlike The Conduit. No offense intended HV).

I'm so happy they added in dynamic lighting to ROTG because that's one thing I kept suggesting would really finish off the polished look of the game and it really has.

Kudos, and for that alone I'm buying this game.

@WaffleAfterHours theres a game called CROSSED SWORDS, its for arcade system NEO GEO, and its pretty good, this game take that to a new level, i hope they evolve this to a big game i mean not a wii ware, imagine the online battles, this have potential really, but its just that for now potential :)
