And this why I dislike indy wrestling. Everything is just too overly contrived and the spots are rarely make logical sense. It would've made more sense to do a Death Valley Bomb. There was no point in dropping him just to do a fisherman buster.
Sorry guys, thumbs down this comment all you want, but that's just how I feel about indies.
@ToyotaKudoFan I'd say it depends. On one side you can see some people who can pull off some great stuff overall but you can wind up with some ridiculous spots and some gratuitous transitions. On the other side El Generico is, at least to me, a bit of a parody as well. His double pumphandle orange crush is a great example of adding too many weird steps to a good move but I love seeing it's full bizarre and over complicated glory. Besides, Indy wrestling is the last indy not ruined by hipsters.
I wanted to say the crowd was lame as well, but then I played it again, and I realized a few things. The audience is SMALL, and they clapped at the move. Honestly, here in America, if you can get people to simply clap at a great move, you've done something. The clapping, to me, is a sign of appreciation more so than, "yeah good move, whoever you people are."
But then again, if I were a wrestler, and someone clapped only, I'd shoot'em in the heart. You better stand and praise me damnit. :D
see this is stupid. what was the point of that? it looks cool but it makes no fucking sense.

Listen to that fan reaction. This is wrestling not tennis.
