@Boaterboy99 I own this Seidio case and the answer is no. The convert case is basically the Seidio surface case (the innermost skin) + silicon outer skin and plastic skeleton. The holster that comes with Convert is meant only for use with all layers attached to the phone. If you want to have the option to holster just the innermost skin, you will need to purchase a separate "surface" holster.

Awesome product! I have a question for you! I have the switcheasy chateau iPhone 4 case the mica color (yellow) and was wondering if its compatible with the J clip holster, I'd like to use the holster only to show off my new case? If it is my case spec are 1X4X7 and how do I get the J clip holster if it will work? thanks

You can put this phone face in or face out. It doesn't matter... but obviously the face in is more protection.

I have this one, it was known as the "Rugged" back then. Wonderful case, 2-in-1 plus an excellent holster! If only some how there's a front faceplate like the otterbox, it would have been perfect BUT it's still a Winner either way. :)
