Didi GSN/Sony had to clear music rights for the OPERA MUSIC SNIPPETS or are the opera music snippets somewhat in public domain or something like that?
This seems like a great change for this version of Tic Tac Dough. Shuffling the catagories makes the game even more unpredictable since all strategies could pop out the window; luck also present since it could be luck that your favorite catagory rolls into the box where the win might happen. They adapted very well to the change since it was a competitive game, they were trying to win also since Ed didn't pull what Michael O'Rourke did 20 years before.
no craig they had to omit it because they used an audio clue in the center box question so the think cue was not used for that question to not confuse the player.
This must be from mid-season 1, b/c Brian Donovan was the original all-time winner before the likes of Mark Leinwald, John Welsh, and especially Thom McKee came along in S2 (and early S3 in the case of the rest of Thom McKee's reign).
Was this a Season 2 episode, because as you know, both TTD and TJW had letter codes that corresponded to the season that they were in, for instance, Season 1 went A-### and then Season 2 went B-###, etc. and eventually Love Connection did this for their episode numbers for their seasons as well. Now does anybody know if this was a Season 2 episode of TTD?

More clips of Kit Salisbury's run would be good too - there's just the one from '84where he runs the table in the Auction category.

"That is an O. Henry story." I like the literary reference, which is something not frequently used on game shows.
