also - it can be very helpful to practice on an indoor trainer (shoes clipped on bike and feet on top of shoes...)

If you start riding your bike with your feet on top of the shoes, how are you supposed to put the shoes on while you're pedaling?

@lucybyu you put your feet in the shoes while riding the bike, when you have enough speed to stop pedaling for a short moment.
