This is for the air (!) the engine needs to work...normally it gets the air during driving on the street, but at this test there is no driving wind. Thought about that?
By the way: Without that "stupid" fan, you would have a serious engine damage. THAT would be stupid, ha?
@mag23580 that fan only cools intercoolers to simulate the conditions on the street and get better results, engine has its own thermostat and radiator with fan to cool itself down, and if overheating would occur aswell i doubt they would be dynoing:D
