You can bake a simulation as a vertex animation to make it run in something like a game engine other than that a cloth solver like nCloth is way too slow for realtime graphics like games. There are probably other ways to get simulation data from maya into a game engine but the engine itself will be running some proprietary cloth solver. So sure, you can get cloth simulations into a game but you can't get nCloth into a game so to speak.

This is an excellent animation. It's not an issue but the only thing that stand out are how fluid her breast are moving. It's not 100% natural. Also the hair moves a little too much for someone lightly swinging side to side. Still I don't animate myself but this is a very fine sample.
