My survival horror game would be actual wild animals like lions, tigers bears. imagine the story, ur safari car in africa has been attacked by lions and ur the only one left u have to survive the bush, against all odds dodging stampeding elephants and wilderbeasts, swimming across crocadile infested rivers. and to top it off ur being hunted by the ultimate predator (Man) poachers and diamond smugglers want u dead.

dead space was epic but really hard until you get used to the game because those monsters come at you boy but if you narrow your weapon choices down to two weapons it gets easier

I rented Dead Space a good while back, beat it, LOVED it. I should buy it really, it's pretty cheap now.

I really want Dead Space 2 too.

Great video Alan and with what horror game I would make it more be on the scale of a ghost or castle/ mansion atmosphere, although in the game you have no weapons as all you can do is run, hide or use what's around you to stop your character from being killed which for me would be a good scary game as you have to use your wits.

P.S: What hell a flying shark, only you would think of something like that HAHA!

I wish they would make more horror games, especially new horror games not just sequels to already existing franchises. Especially now since Resident Evil has lost it's horror root's completely. Even though the RE Revelations for the 3DS looks promising, unlike the Operation Raccoon City. It might be a fun shooter but it's definitely not a horror game anymore. I did enjoy RE5 very much actually, but it wasn't frightening at all, at least not to me.

People that are possessed with demonic spirits. They would talk with demonic voice, snap their necks and joints around, walk on the ceiling and vomit "bean soup" like in The Exorcist movie. Basically, imagine many Regan MacNeil's as your enemies. Also, I could just take the easy road and make a high school simulator, because those days definitely were SURVIVAL HORROR. Enemies would mainly consist of teachers, bullies and endless stupid exams that would bore your character to death!

My type of Enemy would be Shapeshifters who make themselves look like ordinary people and can look like people on your Team but then will kill you the second they get a chance, if they were in a game it would be very hard to tell who is real and who is the enemy, imagine running with your "Squad" only to find out that they are gonna kill you!

If I made a survival horror game I would put it in a psychedelic universe where all of the mentally ill criminals were loose. You would have to go in and kill all of them. Think about how all of these criminals would lure you. You were put there for something you did not do. So you have to escape it all.

The enemies in my survival horror game would involve just your surrounding environment. You could be walking through long dark corridors and the walls would just close in on you. Or while searching through a home with not lights and you hear tons of destruction out of no where. A game that would play mind tricks on the player thinking they saw something or been attacked by hidden creature that isn't there. That's my kinda horror survival game, and no weapons to protect you. No Online = No Help.

Although I didn't find the game to be scary, Dead Space was still a phenomenal game!

If I was to create a Survival Horror title, your enemy would be your own mind and the horrors that lie within it. There's endless potential in that. : )
