marlene dietrich was my favourite from hollywood, still is my favourite. The actresses of today lack what marlene had, she was gutsy, ballsy i like that style of confidence and she could act and sing. Pity we do not have much of that today. I do see angelina jolie has some of that style if only she would stick to old style movies, as they would recreate old hollywood
