No where near as difficult as the real thing.
I want to see Accordion Hero come out soon.

There are so many buttons on a Wiimote though. Making a controller for every instrument wouldn't be profitable unlike games like Guitar Hero and Rock Band where there is only a guitar or either a microphone/drumset respectively.
I think France may have an Accordian Hero...
