  • Unreal. You must be the Greatest LIS fan ever!!!! Bravo!

  • Awesome! I like it.

  • Great Stuff!

  • Cool! Very cool.

  • Bill, I actually have tears in my eyes as I watch these videos. For my sisters and me, LIS was one of the greatest memories of our childhood. I never tire of watching the episodes, and coming across this today, all I can say is WOW! What a spectacular accomplishment. I'm heading over now to watch Part 2 and 3. I can't believe how cool this is. I phoned & emailed my sisters so they can see this too. This is truly the most wonderful thing I've ever seen in all my LIS internet explorations.

  • Wow i am envious you done a excellent job lost in space was one of my favorite shows when it first aired in 1965 it made me want to be a astronut as a young kid please keep up the great work they didnot do the remake of the tv show into a movie justice i hope they will do another one with them either making it back to earth or to alpha centuri but better yet maybe do another series if they find great writters and cast but make it a serious one not camp it like it was done in season one.

  • Very nice Bill!

  • Wow bill this is incredible. What a talented man you are to be able to do this! I am EXTREMELY envious. Keep up the good work!

  • is this his home?

  • Excellent Job!

  • Love it Bill!

  • wow i love it how did you get the blue prints

  • @MISFITTOYZZ Thanks, some came from ebay, but most came from other collectors. Some of them can be seen here at the iann site in the blueprint section.

  • That is so COOL! Most impressive Bill!

  • I can't "like" this enough. I so want this room!!!

  • Excellent job! My first thought was it would be great to play in that!

  • terrific! really well done.

  • hey! i like this! do you show it in person? :)

  • Awesome job!!! Two questions, did you ever consider doing a full scale model (if you could afford it) and how long did it take to do all of your room? But great job of re-creating of one of my favorite ships both interior and exterior.

  • @voyager202000 Thanks, only in my daydreams did I ever consider a full size Jupiter 2. This was my more pragmatic approach, and it took me a whole 17 months.

  • how kewl!!

  • Very nice replica room.

  • How did you get the original stuff???

  • @harpo103 A couple of the original props I have came from another collector who bought them from a prop house. The few others were ones I bought on ebay. However most of the panels are just replicas, made from plywood, new and old parts, and resin castings.... and lots of lights. Bill

  • Uau!!! Great!!! Fantastic!!! Jupiter 2 it´s alive!!! Lost in Space forever!! Best regards from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

  • Hello Bill! I am impressed with what you have made! I've been a lifelong LIS fan, I always wished I had finances to do what you did.

I have to ask, is there anyway way this can be seen in person, it would be lifelong dream come true for me.

I thought I was a die hard fan but I see you took this to levels I have dreamed of.

I believe I know the person from NY that you bought most of the original stuff from, he used to work for MGM Studios.

  • @Cargeena2

The Hedges museum of Science Fiction Stuff is open irregularly and closed most major holidays.

Groups of 25 or more need to make reservations 2 weeks in advance.

The extra special VIP tour includes hot dogs and Cheetos :-)

Seriously though, I always like to meet LIS fans, and you're welcome to visit.

Warning, it's way out in the plains of Nebraska in the middle of nowhere.

  • ..who does the dusting,Bill...I can't keep on top of mine.

  • I would like to do the same but Id do a recreation of the Enterprise after refitting on The motion picture first.

  • Fantastic Bill!

I envy your collection (and knowledge!).

  • great looking judy. the set is so detailed.

  • Incredible!

Have you invited any of the original cast to visit? I imagine they would be as impressed as all of us Lost in Space fans are!

Lost in Space was my favorite show (I liked Star Trek too) during the 1960's.

Excellent work, my boyhood dream of being on the real Jupiter 2 has come true!

  • FANTASTIC WORK!

    Very Impressive!

    Tom

  • Dear Bill:

I never thought that anyone would ever build something with such detail and detail about the episodes too. This is beyond words.

    God Bless you Bill.

    Got to visit this set.
