@Millingtorres When a church or the big wigs like the pope cover up the sex scandels. Then dose that not forsake Christ who is the corner stone of the church? So not you that has forsake but the church and it's leaders who have forsake.
Why are people that are brought up Catholic are more dissectible to go way from god( like Hitler)? When people Believe in god and follow Jesus, and don’t prey to the saints and Mary and all the others they pray threw to get to god, are more likely to stay with god. And why we are at it when the catholic church was killing in the name of god for all those years, at that time was it really not a church of Christ if they go against what Christ has taught? So really it was a false church.
@ST4leave Hiya! Actually as Catholics we don´t pray to Mary or the saints, we ask them to pray for us. The word "prayer" actually means "to ask for/request", so we are asking them for prayers.
I don´t follow your logic either in the second point. You seem to be judging the Church by the people who fall away and commit atrocities which go directly against it´s teachings, no? If a Protestant fell away, and murdered people, that makes Protestantism wrong? It doesn´t follow my friend.
Beautiful presentation. I have posted this video for our Jobclub at St John the Baptist Catholic Church website. The Gospel is telling me that Jesus has totally paid the full price for our salvation -- to be a good Catholic (meaning 'universal' Christian). Roman Catholicism is different because of the church regulation that does say we have to go to a priest. But the Gospel also says because of Chirst's work, we are priests and kings in this world. So, go read the Gospel.
how do u become catholic anyways. i just really put my faith in god at 24 years old and my life is goin great. im on the right path. i wish things would pick up a little faster but as long as im movin forward thats all that matters. so tell me guys what do i do
@AK47powpow Your local Catholic parish will have RCIA classes usually beginning in the fall. You will probably meet once a week for a couple hours. At the Easter vigil, you will receive the sacraments of Baptism, Holy Communion, and Confirmation, unless you have been baptized in a Catholic or Protestant church, in which case you will not be re-baptized. Good luck and God bless.
Blessed be God. Blessed be His Holy Name. Blessed be Jesus Christ, true God and true Man. Blessed be the Name of Jesus. Blessed be His Most Sacred Heart. Blessed be His Most Precious Blood. Blessed be Jesus in the Most Holy Sacrament of the Altar. Blessed be the Holy Spirit, the Paraclete. Blessed be the great Mother of God, Mary most Holy. Blessed be her Holy and Immaculate Conception. Blessed be her Glorious Assumption.
excellent :)

@DanSOConnor Not at all. It's a hymn of joy and praise, and would have been sung like this in the 18th century.
