Any aircraft can have a military paint scheme. The N-number does not have to correspond to the particular military aircraft being depicted. The S-55 in the video is not N4780S. And yes, there are a lot of S-55's (6 that we operate) in the area, but they do other things besides dry cherries.  The year is long, and cherry drying is only done for two months in the summer.
