Yes, she did, and while the effort was certainly there(her and Jericho were both on the top rope, as opposed to the usual set up of the attacker on the top with the victim being on the second), it didn't come off extraordinarily well. Punk would pick up on the move roughly a year later, with Togo using it a few years afterward.
