Dandelion grows almost everywhere,most people kill it as a weed.Dandelion coffe was a new one on me,chicory coffe I' know ,have to try this one out!!

I can't believe how good the flowers are in a salad with italian dressing. One of the best parts is sharing a walk around the field with my wife while picking dandelions and stinging nettles, we are going to try burdock root and cattails when they sprout later this spring. Good video, what kind of strangle hold did you use on the dandelion before finishing it off?

I enjoy the leaves more than the roots, but, during times when i don't have easy access to the leaves- the roots do just fine.

Good video...I leaned some things. Unfortunately, dandelions are a rarity here in Florida. I've been secretly importing seeds hoping to form a dandelion beachhead, of sorts. Green Deane.. (oh my videos are eattheweeds)
