This guy is a scam artist sidekick of J T Foxx. These are parasites of the worst kind, leaches, who prey on unsuspecting distressed home owners, who have lost a lot of equity of their homes, are unable to meet mortgage payments because they either have lost their jobs, or their mortgage rates have increased.
