  • Great work Scott. Fabulous music and video. I'm going to listen again with my eyes shut and see where it takes me.

  • Used properly, the sitar is an awsome instrument. I could say well done, awsome, incredible, etc., but that just doesn't even begin to describe how great this is.

  • thanks Bodine.you saved us big bucks.now we dont have to go there.boy, that music is mezmerizing.puts you right there*****

  • Wo! Diesel! - somewhere in the middle I thought it was 1967 all over again! - Excellent visual effects, especially on the drumming towards the end. A lovely piece, really impressed by the drumming. You have surpassed yourself Sir.

    Barry.

  • Yo Barry! - great comment - very witty!

  • Hey Barry! Sorry, I fell behind in responding to comments on some of my videos. Some people hardly respond at all to their comments, but I generally do. 8-)

  • I know - thought you was blankin' me! - you're forgiven.

    B:-)

  • I had to come back and listen to this again Scott! The most amazing play man!

  • Om Shanti......

  • cool, you got it up! nice.

  • really nice as usual, bodine! thank you.

  • Thanks xxxild! Gotta dig all those multi-headed diety depictions. I just strictly used Brahman, with the brief addition of Ganesh as a transition into another section of the musical composition. 8-)

  • Scott, I do believe this is your best work to date, incredible sitar play, I have a raga master in my playlist and this was amazing, the length couldn't be any shorter, infinite # of stars for this mate!!

  • Thanks Dave! I have an Arabian thing I did a while back, too. It's not as creative as this, but maybe I'll ponder if it's useful for a video as well. 8-)

  • With Great attention Scott, I hope the Tube will leave my comment for you to read.Very interesting music, have you studied Raga's. Nice Ostinato motives introduction and improvisations on them. Uneven Meters I heard a 10/8 and 7/8

great Scott. I'll be turning this a few times to feel the depth. Listeners please take your time to listen to this(ban the 3 minute radio format from your brains just for ONCE)hope you'll respond Scott,Victor.

  • Hi Victor! I tried to incorporate several of the feelings I get listening to Indian music into one epic piece. I took liberties, but since I make no claim to be a scholarly Classical Indian Musician, I felt the end result would justifiy my lack of authentic expertise. 8-)

  • Would like to know how a schooled Indian Musician would react after listening to this, think he'd find it quite creative.

  • my mum walked past me watching this video and she thought it was brilliant!!! She thinks u should go into it professionally..i agree xx

  • Wow! Awesome. But not a big surprise to me; everything you do is good.

  • Thanks Mike! Ha! Gotta run. I have to go to the Dentist now. 8-)

  • That video was pure beautiful i loved it!! i'am glad u manged to upload on youtube!:-)..I'am actually planning a trip hopefully to india to a place called Amrittsa{think i spelt that wrong.lol} to see the golden temple!, I love India and all its beauty..Thanks for posting.Nina xxx

  • Hi Nina! The troubles I was having getting this video to work on YouTube were driving me crazy! I just wouldn't give up until I succeeded in making it work. I'm glad you got to see it finally and that you liked it. 8-)
