  • BALLS DEEP!

  • at 0:43

  • GOOD GOSH!!

  • Cracking stuff good work !

  • looks fake

  • Nice takeoff

  • Nooooo! My hair! :-P

  • Scrotumus Maximus

  • I TOUCHED IT LOL

  • @anyvid100 I think it touched you back!

    (Get digits)

  • reminds me of jurassic park

  • That a jetstream I think

  • Yet another reckless idiot.

  • How can you dislike this?! THIS IS AVIATION!!! WOOOO!!!

  • The pilot saw the dude with the camera, so he waited to climb after he flew by..

  • 7 1/2 or 15 degrees for takeoff in an HS748 (22 1/2 only with water meth armed). You can't physically select 10 degrees.

  • Yep, flaps at 10 degrees for takeoff 0:17 freeze frame.

  • Your all fucking idiots. Who the hell cares about what, who, why, and when the pilot is doing this? Your all a bunch of couch pilot kniw it alls.

  • @OI8APC2 This from a flight sim pilot

  • @SuperAncientmariner Yeah, and you don't see me arguing over stupid shit like this. I'm not claiming to know anything. I'm just saying why does everyone have to know it all?

  • @OI8APC2 Discussion and argument are two different things.

  • @OI8APC2 jeez, take it easy dude!

  • quase

  • y the hell were u on the runway?????

  • I dont think he was taking off, i think it was a low pass along length of runway at flying speed, unless aircraft take off without flaps these days. (Opinion only)

  • @SuperAncientmariner I think he was intending to take off - still flying as he is passing the end of the runway, kind of gives it away, and if you look closely(approx 17sec.) the flaps are extended.

  • @FlyingByDave I must disagree, if you follow through from 17 and look at the rear view, that wing is clean.

  • SuperAncientMariner. I had another look as you said to. I see the flaps extended, looking at the rear view of the plane also. If you don't see them extended, that's fine.

  • @FlyingByDave Fair enough, though if you freeze at 0.17 & 0.18 , you might wish to reconsider.

  • @SuperAncientmariner ....I don't wish to reconsider. enough said.

  • rename it to take off...

  • these idiots should be fired. dumb thing to do. if they had an engine failure everyone woulda been dead as dog shit.

  • @beergut111 - Not likely. From the look of that runway, it's a short gravel runway, and the aircraft didn't need that much runway to take off. It had probably unloaded its cargo, and was empty when it took off again in this video. The aircraft was at max takeoff power and and once airborne,(unless the aircraft was overloaded, or iced up), at that speed, an engine failure would not prevent the aircraft from climbing out to a safe altitude before leveling off.

  • @jackfrostCA you dont understand, speed has nothing to do with it. there is a reason you climb at V2. directional control is the issue.

  • @beergut111 - Yeah, I do understand...and this aircraft in particular. After rotating, the aircraft would have already reached V2 by the time they crossed the opposite threshold. Engine failure or not, they're going to climb to the safe altitude. If this was an aircraft like a DC3 or similar, yeah directional control is tricky on an engine failure, but maintaining control in this aircraft would not be a problem.

  • @jackfrostCA nevermind....you dont understand. v2 aint got anything to do with it. he's below 35ft. 2nd segement starts at 35ft.

its a turboprop....they aren't certified to part 25 standards. So once again.....if they popped and engine they'd be in deep shit here.

    stupid pilot there.

  • @beergut111 - you're right...never mind.

  • @jackfrostCA thanks....any questions?

  • @beergut111 - nope...however, I work for an airline who operates this type of aircraft. I actually spoke to one of our HS748 captains who has flown this aircraft for 10+ years, so I based my answers on expert knowledge of the capabilities of this aircraft.

  • holy hair cut...

  • great clip , nice " co-operation " from the pilots . really good sonic thwump . many thanks

  • holy shit ! :O

  • fuck that takes alot of guts!

  • You don't see many UK planes here doing that, thanks for the vid!

  • wow

  • Propellors driven by vacuum cleaners.

  • I love the sound of darts :)

  • DUCK!

  • cojones

  • you almost became a salad!!!

  • That's what happens when the pilot sees you. lol

  • Ahhh... Turbo-props. Now if that had been a pair of thundering radials, that would have been really, REALLY cool!

    Still, a nice video though.

  • well alright!

  • balls.

  • yep

  • Everytime I see this I cringe... every time.

  • gotta admire the speed at which you flipped the camera.

  • WOOAAHHH! that was tight

  • My god that flippin low!

Even if it is a take off or not, thats something else! XD

  • its not a low pass its a take offget it right

  • well, it stays low after it took off, he could have just go up, but he didn't so it is a low pass.

  • wow, extremely low!

  • I hate those people who stand at the end of the Runway ...I hope someone will be hit one day...

    but looks nice ^^

  • worked as a weather observer and unicom operator in Moosonee in the upper tier of the terminal building (pre-1994)...had a Hawker take off R06, do a low left turn and come around and buzz the ramp...nothing like looking out those big windows and going eyeball to eyeball with a 748 coming at you...when it passed over the building could see the rivets in the belly metal of the aircraft.

  • excellent....would have pissed meself but bloody marvelous...

  • HOLY SHIT! I'd love to do that xDDDDD

  • That was First Air?

  • Thats freakin wicked!!!!!!

  • Ya I think so too. They fly those and it has their colours.

  • Holy hell that was low

  • THe ice must have helped to stay cool.

  • that plane almost gave you a new haircut

  • and just if the pales hit you, then, the place would have been spread with your guts. Once again, as gavinleet said, you have huge cojones for standing there. Great video. 5 stars from me

  • good one.

  • Good to see those Rolls Royce Dart turboprops still in action!

  • huh??

  • KKKKKKKKKKK 1!! TA DOIDOO KK

  • look slike red lake but that isnt a low pass that is a takeoff the pilot raised the landing gear once he got to speed....either way takes guts to stand there, all it takes is for that plane to hit a downdraft and you would have been owned....good job

  • You have balls

  • ... or,... "takeoff."

  • hahahha....redlake or sault lookout.....hahahha

  • BALLS, sir that's what you have.

  • am i the only one seeing a plane taking off? the guy that filmed this was sitting at the end of the runway. of course it look like they were flying low, because they were just taking off.

  • Yeah, looks like a takeoff, but it stayed low after it got off the ground. Doesn't look too ordinary to me.

  • o ja pierdacze xD

  • Bloody hell.

  • oh my god are you mental?? theres no way a camera sitting on a tripod would spin around on its own accord and have such accuracy. We're dealing with a lunatic here. or a very brave plane spotter. well done

  • bad ass.

  • u nuts!
