It's on a Cricut cutting machine. The software sends the design to the cutter.

Yes, you have to use SCAL. Design Studio will only allow you to use artwork from Cricut cartridges.

Quick questions for ya...What was the card size of the circle card and I was wondering if you would be able to use the Stampin' Up "Little Felt Flurries", I just happened to dig some up when I was cleaning up my craft area and I wondering if you had any by any chance to make a card! As I mentino at the beginning of the video, the card is 4.75 inches wide to accomodate a 5" envelope. I don't have any felt flurries, unfortunately.

Yes, you do. However, if you just want to cut things with the Cricut, you can use the cartridges they sell with it. Then you don't have to have a computer.

Anyway, maybe the slit or hole in the snowman's head is for ribbon? To make a tag or ornament? I've had a few other die cut sheets like that.
