Suggestion if you don't mind!! try using layout uv's option instead of scaling the uvs to fit it automatically fits your uvs in the shaded area keeping the proportions in mind! select some uvs just press shift hold right click and you'll see the option.!

but have you ever thought about teaching to a class room in here in youtube or other media?.

@1223santigato Thank you, I am glad that it is helping. Yeah, I am considering doing a few more tutorial videos, seen as this one has been so well received; because I think it is a responsibility to pass information about what i know on to other people in my field.

Yeah, I'm aware that Youtube is capable of live streaming, but I'm not really sure how to set that up. Livestream is another useful tool for that sort of thing as well.
